I notice the people who don't use the word "I think" often will get ahead in the workplace. It shows strength and exudes confidence.
- tvon 17y agoSo long as you're correct and being asked to make a decision.
- jrockway 17y agoCorrelation, meet causation. The people who are confident enough to omit "I think" are the ones that have ideas that other people like. If you come up with bad ideas but never use "I think", you will not get ahead. Conversely, if you always come up with great ideas, nobody will care that you said "I think"; they care that you solved the problem. People are not as dumb and idiosyncratic as bloggers think they are.
