I'm a 20 year veteran of various strata of technology organizations, and I know that I cannot hold everything I've learned in my head. If I cannot, then how should I expect anyone else to be able to do so? I'm the early parts of any project I start with research, which means Google and stack overflow. It does little harm for others to use the same approach.
