I have two takeaways from this article: 1.) Your organization is in a rough state right now (for any number of reasons, some outside of your control), and you're likely to have more difficulties going forwards. 2.) You haven't successfully placed a single developer into a job yet even though forty thousand people have signed up. Both of these statements might be inaccurate, but those were the main things communicated. I'm much less likely to open an account having read this, and I don't understand why new levels are being released when the recruiting pipeline currently seems like the bottleneck of the business.
