This should be fixed in the new release. For backwards compatibility we've kept the behavior of letsencrypt-auto the same, but certbot-auto will request (Y/N) permission before installing things. For the many folks who want the previous behaviour, they'll need to run certbot-auto --non-interactive (-n for short).
