It would have been nice to warn beforehand that support for InfluxDB-0.8.X may be broken. I'm having the same issue as https://github.com/grafana/influxdb-08-datasource/issues/3 https://github.com/grafana/influxdb-08-datasource/issues/3 so if you are still using 0.8.x be careful with this upgrade!
