First of all I love chefwatson. There is some interesting science out there too: http://phys.org/news/2015-03-network-science-tools-spices-indian.html http://phys.org/news/2015-03-network-science-tools-spices-in... The bean water thing is a bit different. Turning something that was basically garbage (or pig feed) into something that might have a lot of new and interesting uses, is a bit beyond Watson today.
