What you're talking about are separate investigations by Senate committees. It's understandable that he has no desire to participate in those dog and pony shows.
- snuxoll 10y agoI may be mistaken, but judicial immunity automatically waives your fifth amendment rights since you can no longer incriminate yourself. I can't really imagine the point otherwise.
