Not sure what terms to use. Each loan is funded by multiple lenders, sometimes more than 100. And each lender loans to multiple borrowers. It's not a one-to-one matching. It would be more precise to make the statement in terms of dollars rather than 'borrowers and lenders'. I don't know whether the average lender has invested more or less in Lending Club than the average borrower has borrowed. In dollar terms, the total dollars being invested is less than the loans being offered, which is a shift as of January, 2016. I did edit out 'investors', perhaps that was what you meant. Thanks.
