I'm not entirely comfortable with Congress delegating its authority to unelected people for unlimited periods of time. The fact is, what was perfectly legal yesterday will be illegal shortly, despite no new laws being passed, and no members of Congress taking responsibility. That's called rule of man, not rule of law.
