I don't mean this as a bash on Microsoft in any way (I actually like a lot of their products, don't care about OneDrive either way because I've never seriously used it).... but when your most important trademarks are incredibly generic terms like "Windows" and "Office" I'm not sure you have much of a leg to stand on when getting into trademark wars.
