Can you expand on the postgres public key encryption - is this a function that encrypts/decrypts based on some files on the server (or in a database column)?
- olefoo 17y agopgcrypto is a set of extension functions that are available from within PL/SQL http://www.postgresql.org/docs/current/static/pgcrypto.html http://www.postgresql.org/docs/current/static/pgcrypto.html You do need to understand what the functions are doing and it doesn't handle key management for you.
