Tesla's margins per-vehicle tend to be much much higher than Volvo's as well. Volvo is the biggest car manufacturer in the world, just barely beating Toyota. So comparing the biggest of the entrenched companies against a fledgling startup which is just starting to hit it's stride is disingenuous at best.
