- roughfalls 10y agoAs a former employee of Disney, I can confirm that this is correct. Disney IT goes through firms such as HCL and Cognizant who act as the H1-B sponsors. I'm aware of a very small number of examples where Disney sponsored H1-B visas directly, but those folks worked outside of IT and they did not displace any existing employees.
