I'm a recent hire here, so consider my bias, but the interview process for me was among the best. The questions I was asked were relevant and solvable, some of them involving patterns that I use every week. For what it's worth, I've also not had to deal with any politics. I just get to work, and everybody is very respectful, friendly, and helpful.
