Ah you were talking about broken window from an economic perspective, not a social health perspective. But I don't see spending for spendings sake as a bad thing. In some ways it was one of the pillars of the recovery from the Great Depression. And I too am interested in continued research of UCT vs CCT and combinations thereof.
