Oh, I found out - I was looking at a following link from the original page (https://docs.microsoft.com https://docs.microsoft.com) - which didn't have the problem. It's there on the HN linked page. These days I fix all of these annoying pages using uBlock Origin's "Element Picker mode" and hiding them.
