You're denigrating her because of her hairstyle and perceived political leanings? How is that relevant to the content of the article? You don't think she could possibly have relevant experience in spite of these things? Your comment is utterly tactless.
- Kenji 10y agoPolitical leanings of the author are of utmost importance when reading an article. It seeps into the writing, into the fact reporting, into everything. I don't care about tact, I care about what's true, and I saw she was a feminist by her face and her blue hair (I actually love blue hair but it is a fact that colourful hair is associated with feminism these days), and that tells me enough. I know this kind of people very well (3rd wave feminists) and I wish I didn't. Bottom line, I wouldn't be surprised if she herself is also the cause of trouble occasionally.
