Also this guy thinks he has the solution to back pain and bad vision as well, so I would take all of his solutions with a "not verified by actual scientific studies" grain of salt.

- hensansi 10y agoThe "science" related with vision is pretty dogmatic and people aren't aware that glasses(minus) actually hurt your vision in the long run. I think I found about the vision a few years back and then I made a bit more of research and then found this.
