Some of my noticings.. Many of the "founders" of the field are still quite young, which is refreshing. Although they tend to say how back in the old days it was so much easier to get new stuff published. Maybe that is so, but my personal opinion (as an apprentice) is that we haven't reached the hockey stick yet.
