Thank you I appreciate the explanation. I have a question, are the job ads written in a way that would attract both a junior(I'm picturing 1yr out of college experience) developer and someone who is so experienced to justify a $300k comp package? Without some clear distinction in the ad I'm having a hard time figuring out how it could appeal to people on both ends of the spectrum.
