"harsh sanctions against Venezuela."? I don't know if you have lived or ever visited Venezuela, but the ones that got born there would tell you a very different story... Talking about economic war is even more disingenuous when you take in consideration all the money that Venezuela received (and gave it away) during the first decade of this millennium. What is happening is the collapse that many of us were predicting since 10 ago, unfortunately few listened and now we are paying the karma

The sanctions are against officials responsible for violence and human rights violations [0] Obama has just befriended Cuba, you can hardly call him a man waging a war of aggressive capitalism.
