The problem I see in The Netherlands is that rules prohibit flying close the airports already for a very long time. People violate those rules. New regulation is introduced to make the rules more strict. It doesn't affect me personally at the moment, but many other types of model flying become very hard. And the people violating the rules, mostly don't know them anyhow, so keep violating the rules.
