I read your comment half-way, then upvoted it. I mentally prepared a response with further arguments against the size of the chilling effect. Then I read the rest of your reply and saw all the keywords. "Oh no", I thought, "I showed my engagement with this post by upvoting it!" Needless to say, I don't feel like arguing against the chilling effect anymore.
