Ask HN: Is my Forbes anti-adblocker circumvention really working?

From everything I read, the whole planet hates Forbes' anti-adblocker tech on its site. For me to "get around" it, I am using Firefox (currently at 46.0, on OS X 10.11.4) with uBlock Origin. I don't get any adblocker warnings here. (When using Safari with Adblock Plus and ClickToFlash, I do.) So is the config I'm using on FF somehow outsmarting the Forbes' anti-adblocking, or is it actually letting the undesirables through? I'm not up enough on the details here to personally know.
