The robot never questions the order to fire on the crowd no matter how offensive, illegal, or unconstitutional the issue being protested is. How many of these semi-autonomous robots can be controlled by one person or a small group of people? At some point dictators, despots, and other out of control governments won't even need the consent of the military and the police to rule by force.
