What does this mean? What is a "valid" legal request? One that comes from an attorney? Or from a court? The way you phrase this it seems to say that "joe site owner" will be ignored by cloudflare.
- buro9 11y agoA court order would do the trick... but even then, only if it were reasonable. Overreach could also be a court order that is unreasonable, i.e. Apple's fight against the backdoor to all iPhones.
- yoo1I 11y agoI hereby request the CloudFlare only present Tor-users with a captcha when presented with a court order to do it. Everything else means that process due to each tor user is violated.
