Economics and Sociology: What Scott Sumners defense of EMH really proves

The internecine battle among economists over the EMH hypothesis only goes to prove that economics isn't really "superior" to the other social sciences, despite what economists think and despite their extensive use of mathematics. What is clear is that the social world can't be explained solely through mathematics (though modeling is a powerful tool); other sorts of explanations are also needed.
