Totally fascinated to see how this plays out. Been thinking about "crew hiring" as I've roughly termed it, cohorts of flexible, ad-hoc, a-gamers who like to move around, groove on idea and commit when it feels solid, interesting and a great fit for them. Taking this further, we see companies becoming an "atelier/studio methodology of multiple "teams" working within a collective space for a unified aim.. We can all easily see how this could degenerate as well as succeed. It's a super fascinating idea, and I am genuinely fascinated to see what plays out. I have yet to bet against Stripe.
