I've just (re)watched with my sons the movie "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?". SPOILER ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In the end, the detective said the villain must be a cartoon, because just a cartoon would have the stupid idea of replacing the efficient and cheap L.A. public transport system, and to build highways.
