I'm thinking more in terms of a lifetime of treating your body like shit, to include all substances (not just opiates).
- Aelinsaar 10y agoI bet the genetic component starts to dominate over long time periods, mediated by access to top quality medical care. That in turn is probably further mediated by the fact that (see Michael Jackson) buying a doctor is not always in your best interest.
