"I hope, for his sake, that he hits some sort of bottom with all this….so good at getting good at stuff." Tim Ferris got good at convincing you that he's good at everything because he makes a career out of finding things that appear incredibly difficult and doing them with ease. But if he started programming would he be teaching us all within a year? I don't think so. This doesn't mean I think he's stupid because he must be super smart to come up with the stuff that he does and we can learn a lot from him. But keep in mind that he's basically a magician and, in order to this stuff, he's had to develop this special attitude of detachment from norms. And some of the norms he detached himself from were moral ones.
