I have to question how much experience you have dealing with the Fed gov't. There are hundreds of thousands of contractors cleared at the level Snowden was at.

I have to question how much experience you have dealing with the Fed gov't. There are hundreds of thousands of contractors cleared at the level Snowden was at. It is all very mundane, actually. The government is not composed of superspies, though they do have some. But for day to day operations they do not run a tight ship. It's not unbelievable that Snowden had the access. More unbelievable that he gave up his freedom to let the world know.
