It's Anders Behring Breivik. Also, Norway has an extradition treaty with the United States since the 80s. Not to be harsh (really), but it doesn't matter what you believe. Edit: Breivik will never be released btw. Also, court found yesterday that elements of his incarceration violated Article 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
