Can mio be pulled into the stdlib, then?
I fear a world of gevent/Twisted, EventMachine/Celluloid/base Ruby, Boost/a litany of other options.
- pcwalton 11y agoI wouldn't mind pulling it into the standard library if we're sure it's mature enough to be ready. In the meantime, though, it's the de facto standard async I/O framework, and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
