This sounds as bad as investment banks. Why are schools so behind the times? Accounting firms and Advertising agencies are cleaning up. Why are universities staying with the banks? Is tenure part of the problem? That it's so hard to fire people for bad behavior? Or is it that academic prestige is "Winner takes all" so schools choose to protect those who give them their reputation?
