The SO podcast is one of the few I occasionally listen to but it suffers from the same problem that nearly every podcast does: it is extremely boring to listen to people ramble on for an hour. IMHO, podcasts as they exist today need to be more like radio programs: sharply edited, with a narrative progression. I have very little interest in listening to you and your buddy talk about how great XYZ is.
