This is interesting...but Zipf's law was discovered (according to the article) in 1930's and the paper on the dolphin gradient (or language pattern) being similar to humans was written in 2009. So...6 years later any updates? Seems to me they just found a fact that was interesting and decided to wrap an article around it.
