Wow. There is just so much in this article to wrap one's head around. I feel somewhat ashamed that I've never really thought about moderators at all, much less of the psychological and emotional effects they must endure as a result of the content they must see. I know it's work I wouldn't want to perform. I'm grateful for this investigation and report. There's a ton to unpack and think through.
