To be xenophobic means someone has a fear/hatred of strangers/foreigners. Racism is prejudice or hostility towards a person's race, colour, language, nationality, or national/ethnic origin. Access to the Internet is a basic human right - and to block access to the Internet based on nationality is xenophobic and racist. Blocking Internet access based on nationality is toxic - and should not be tolerated in any form.
