Zoning isn't a federal issue and won't be one in the next 8 years.
- SonjaKT 11y agokiiiindof - one of the strategies we are investigating is suing under the fair housing act to overturn large lot single family zoning. Also - HUD is starting to investigate exclusionary zoning cases.
