The only reason Xamarin bought RoboVM was to get a better deal from MS, it was used to flag to Oracle we are into Java and probably cause to MS to sign the deal

The only reason Xamarin bought RoboVM was to get a better deal from MS, it was used to flag to Oracle we are into Java and probably cause to MS to sign the deal before Oracle gets into the Picture.
It is just a shame the community is the biggest loser in this scenario. The RoboVM guys should have probably see this coming but who can blame them for earning some dollars on this deal.
