I've noticed a (perceived) spike in the number of foreclosures in SF on Zillow as well over the last 6 months.
- ModernMech 10y agoI'd say in the last 6 months, for sale signs have gone up all over my neighborhood in SF. There are at least 3 on my block alone. Despite this, there is a 3 bedroom apartment two doors down from me that is asking for $10,000 a month rent, $30,000 due at lease signing.
