"I’ve decided to say something before the lawyers can stop me." Is this really a smart decision that the HN community should model? To view your friend's lawyers in a multi-million $ lawsuit as obstacles that should be routed around? Posting to the HN community about this seems like an emotionally-driven decision. With so much at stake, wouldn't it be better to (a) follow your lawyer's advice and (b) do a post-mortem on it after the acquisition closes?
