- BooneJS 11y agoGiven that current Kindle e-ink readers can be read in portrait or landscape, it seems within the realm of possibility.
- DanielStraight 11y agoParagraph 4: "Whether you choose to read with your left or right hand, Kindle Oasis automatically rotates the page orientation to match."
- Notre1 11y agoI am pretty sure that I saw a leaked image that showed it being held with both hands, so I am guessing there is, at least, a option to flip the orientation to use it with your left hand.
- fmorel 11y agoEvery preview I've read mentions that it's "reversible" and works held in either direction.
- AndrewUnmuted 11y agoIt could have been more clearly spelled out, but here's a promotional image from the link that should quell any fears that it is not lefty-friendly: https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/G/01/kindle/dp/2016/10566252/kw-feature-unlike-any-kindle.jpg https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/G/01/kindle/d...
- mikestew 11y agoI wondered the same thing. Then it occurred to me that I have a $15 musical instrument tuner that, in addition to telling what note is being played, can figure out which way is up, so I just assumed a $289 device could do the same. The fine print confirms my suspicions, though it could have been made more clear in the copy.
