I hire experienced people, which means that I don't care about your degree. I care about your professional career: have you been successful at other companies? What are your key accomplishments? I can't wave your CS degree in front of my customers to get them to pay me more, so who cares about it? I prefer someone that can show me how his work will make my product or company better.
