I knew those clowns couldn't have done it themselves. The FBI are more or less inept.
- ocfx 10y agoI think most people couldn't do it. Wouldn't consider the FBI inept because they don't house programmers specifically for a single purpose. If they have the resources to get someone else to do it that is the opposite of inept.
