LoC READ as proxy for programming skill
Over lunch a coworker proposed LoC read and actually understood would make a good proxy for programming skill level? His reasoning was that unlike LoC written you would be exposed to multiple ways of solving problems and different coding styles and points of view. I was interested in what HN thought about this metric?
