Good to see most of them using HTTPS for their homepage. Though Cisco and Gemalto don't yet.
- bla2 11y agoNo Apple or Microsoft. Are they opposed to this initiative? Do they think it's not important?

- odbol_ 10y agoApple don't give money to no one. Possibly the least altruistic company ever, which is disgraceful considering they're also the wealthiest.
- johncolanduoni 10y agoSteve Jobs was pretty publicly opposed to donating to charity, but he's been gone for a while. If you Google "Apple Donations" you'll find a whole slew of articles detailing some of the contributions they have made since Tim Cook took the reins. For example, they match employee donations both in money and time.

- rythie 10y agoApple is pretty committed to HTTPS within iOS apps, many of which are created by small companies, so they ought to support it.
