Absolutely... the "1%" should continue to exist and be the countries rich. It's still quite rich, but not "greedily hoarding wealth well beyond what you could ever spend while others starve" rich. That said, I've noticed Bernie using the language: "The top one-tenth of 1 percent [of Americans] own almost as much wealth as the bottom 90 percent."
