Sure. We outsource our torture after rendition to 'black sites' in places like Romania, Thailand, wherever.

- Nelson69 11y agoIt's unfortunate that we've become so jaded but I thought the same thing. That was too specific a statement. CIA officer's won't do the torture, it will be Saudis, Israelis, British, etc.. Or American's that are employed as "contractors."
